BARRE FUSION
Our BARRE Fitness class offers a low impact, high intensity whole body workout.
Classes are broken up into 4 parts:
· warm up/upper body
· legs/glutes
· core/back,
· stretching/cool down
This class integrates Pilates, Yoga and Ballet in a way designed to strengthen and lengthen your body.

*this class is 50 minutes in length
DANCE FITNESS
Our adult fitness class is for people of all abilities. The exercises in this class can be modified for fitness lovers of all levels.

· toning/strengthening
· cool down
(includes dance, yoga and Pilates based routines)

AFRO FUSION
Our Afro Fusion class is designed to be a mix of group fitness paired with African dance. This fast paced class begins with a fitness inspired warm-up that transitions into African dance. Driving drum rhythms are used to help energize and motivate.
All dance abilities are welcome!
